SQzyme FAL is a concentrated Fungal Alpha-Amylase (E.C. 22.214.171.124) produced from refined strain Aspergillus oryzae through submerged liquid fermentation.
SQzyme FAL can rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,4 glycosidic bonds of starch chain and generate high-level maltose, maltotriose, glucose and other oligosaccharide. It is a food grade enzyme widely usedin production of fuel ethanol, distillery, beer, high maltose syrup and many other food industries.
SQzyme FAL rapidly hydrolyzes the α-1,4 glycosidic linkages in the amylose and amylopectin, and turn them into a mass of high-level maltose, maltotriose, glucose and other oligosaccharides.
Working at pH 4.0-7.0, optimum 4.8-5.8; working temperature 35-60°C, favorable 45-55°C
0.2-0.5kg of SQzyme FAL per ton of starch or related material. (Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)
