Brewzym NPS is a liquid Neutral Protease (E.C.18.104.22.168) derived from refined strain of Bacillus subtilis through submerged fermentation and newest recovery technology.
Brewzym NPS can hydrolyze protein into low molecular peptides and amino acids. It can be used in most cases where proteins need to be break down to smaller molecular substances such as peptides and free amino acids. For industrial application, it is mainly used in brewery, baking, leather softening plant and animal protein hydrolysis, and feed additives etc.
Working pH range 5.5-9.0, optimum 6.0-7.5;Temperature range 30-65°C, favorable at 45-55°C.
Used in brewery, 0.05-0.25kg per ton of material.
